A heart for education, a love of family, and a desire to bring a better understanding of disabilities to children, Vivian O’Neal of Hattiesburg has set out on a mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young students across Mississippi and beyond.

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - A Hattiesburg resident is preparing to represent the Hub City at the Miss Mississippi competition this summer. Right now, she’s using her platform to bring awareness to her passion - a social-educational curriculum for children with disabilities.
